Operations Update: We’re Back to Full Strength

We are writing to give an update following the recent tornado that impacted our community in Conneautville, PA.

Thanks to the incredible efforts of our local first responders, utility crews, and our own employee-owner volunteers, the majority of the storm’s impact has been mitigated. We are pleased to share that our operations are back to full strength, and we have resumed serving our customers with minimal interruption.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, long hours, and teamwork demonstrated by everyone involved in restoring our community so quickly. Their commitment made all the difference.
