We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, checks, money orders and cashier's checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank). We also accept purchase orders under certain terms. We gladly accept purchase orders from U.S. schools, U.S. state or county government agencies and U.S. corporations, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All products bought by purchase order must be shipped to a U.S. destination.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations in KY, AZ, CA, NV, PA, WA, GA, TX, IN, NC and NJ are subject to the appropriate state sales tax rate.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an "order confirmation" email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items in your order and serve as your invoice.

If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please click here to contact us. Be sure to include your account email address and order number. We will send a new confirmation to you.


Palmer Snyder warrants that its products shall be free from defects in original material and workmanship for a period of ten years from the original shipment date. Warranty on sales for rental use is limited to one year. This warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear or in the event products are damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, vandalism, neglect, accident, improper application and modification or repair by persons not authorized by Palmer Snyder. The 10 year warranty will not apply to product components (i.e. fabric, electrical, etc.) if 10 years exceeds that in which our suppliers offer for warranty. Palmer Snyder reserves the right, at its’ discretion, repair or replace any defects. Any repair or replacement must be approved in advance by Palmer Snyder before any action is taken. Regardless of when notified, changes or cancellations are not binding upon Palmer Snyder until Palmer Snyder issues a written acknowledgment of the change or cancellation. Under no circumstances will changes or cancellations be accepted on any custom fabric, special order or custom product orders. There are no implied warranties of fitness or merchantability, and there are no other express warranties beyond the warranties expressed here.

Prop 65

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin. The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
